Doodledough mats policies

Shipping Policy - All shippable retail orders are processed within 3-5 business days.  Orders are shipped on business days  (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.  Please check your junk folder if the email notification is not in your inbox.If you suspect your package has been lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address, please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.   

Electronic Delivery - Online eGift Cards are delivered via email. The sender’s name and email address are included for the recipient.

RETAIL SHOP

Return Policy - Doodledough mats will gladly accept returns on unopened / unused orders placed within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Gift cards are ineligible for returns.  To complete your return: Pack up the items in a shipping box (if possible to be eco-friendly it’s best to use the one the item(s) were mailed to you in).  Include a copy of your packing slip with your return.  If you don’t have a packing slip, please include the following information with your return:

                       A note about why you’re returning the item(s)  

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are processing your refund.  The refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.  If you’ve been notified that you’re receiving a refund, but it has been more than 5 business days since the notice has been issued, please contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted to your account. If you have additional questions, please contact us at info@Doodledough mats.com

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@doodledoughmats.com for further assistance

Shipping To return your product, please email info@doodledoughmats.com and we will tell you where to send it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. 

CLASSES

Refund Policy - Please note that we unfortunately cannot issue a refund on any workshop or class. Classes can be transferred to another person if you cannot make it to the class. 

Cancellations -  We reserve the right to cancel a class at anytime due to unforeseen circumstances including  but not limited to us not having the minimum number of students booked into the class. In the event that we have to cancel a class  a full refund will be issued.  We will try our best to advise you as far in advance as possible if we need to cancel a class.

Consent - Here at Doodledough mats, We love showing the world everything our students can do in our workshops and love to show off their super cool work on our social media accounts and in our marketing. We respect the privacy of all our clients. We will not disclose the identity of clients  without permission. We do however, reserve the right to photograph our classes and use those photos on our website, social media  or in our marketing materials. We also reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you. We reserve the right to photograph, distribute and/or publish for our company’s promotional and marketing needs anyone and any work created in the premise of Doodledough mats. If you do not wish your photograph to be distributed or published, please email us at info@doodledoughmatscom with your name and photograph (so we know who you are) with the request to crop, omit, or blur your photo in any and all photographs taken by Doodledough mats  If you book a private event or party and do not wish for any of the attendees faces to be published just let us know via our email at info@doodledoughmats.com and we will make sure that no ones faces are shown in any of our pics from that party or event.

Doodledoughmats products are designed for creative, open-ended play under adult supervision. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Choking Hazard: Some of our sets may contain small parts, including cabochons, play dough accessories, and other decorative elements. These items are not suitable for children under 3 years old or any child who may put objects in their mouth. Adult supervision is required at all times.

• Play Dough & Materials: While we encourage sensory play, our mats and accessories are not edible. If using homemade or store-bought play dough, please check individual ingredient lists for allergens and safety information. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions to third-party products.

• Parental Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the parent, guardian, or supervising adult to ensure that all materials are used appropriately and safely. Doodledoughmats is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or incidents resulting from misuse of our products.

• Intended Use: Our mats are designed for creative play and learning. They should not be used as teething or chew toys.

• By purchasing from Doodledoughmats, you assume all responsibility for the safe use of our products.
